Dānā means generosity, gift, or giving in Pali, the language of the Buddha. I offer the teachings freely and you may offer a donation of dānā in return. It is always appreciated, thank you!

Morning Meditation on zoom

Join us Tuesdays from 8:30-9:00 am PST (lightly-guided meditation only) or on Thursdays from 8:00-9:00 am PST on Zoom. On Thursdays I offer a short talk, a 25-minute guided meditation, followed by time for reflection and Q & A. Offered for dānā (see above). No experience needed - just come as you are by clicking the appropriate button below.


Mindful life coaching

I offer individualized coaching for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness, who is in transition, or who seeks to clarify their unique life path. Depending on your need, I use a variety of research-based mindfulness approaches including guided meditation, self-inventory inquiries, discussion, and creative practices. Using mindfulness as a basis for self-reflection, I support you in exploring your deep intentions, your gifts, values, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. You’ll leave each session with a plan and tools that can be immediately implemented for positive growth aligned with your individual purpose. For ages 14-adult, on Zoom or in person.
